From May 1, 2024, Companies House will implement new fees as part of updates following the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency (ECCT) Bill.
These changes include siginificantnly higher costs for company formation and other filings.
The digital incorporation fee will rise from £12 to £50, while the fee for filing a confirmation statement digitally will increase from £13 to £36.
Fees for paper-based filings will also see similar adjustments, such as the paper incorporation fee increasing to £71
